Tank Weighing System 1
This is one of our projects to deal with client from chemical industry. Their production department was using 4 silo tanks manually to produce their products. This client approached our company to improve their current manual process which caused dissatisfaction of product quality.
We proposed a custom built PLC control system to overcome their problems. The architectures of this system will improve product quality and production efficiency. With the high accuracy measured weight, the product quality has been greatly improved. The quality has reached almost same level with desired quality. This system has preset weight material and weight quantity function.

Tank Weighing System
It means this system has ability to store numbers of recipe. Supervisors and operators are no longer required to re-provide all the quantities and material codes each time they plan to start a new batch. When they are ready to run a new batch, they are just need to recall the product recipe and push the start button.
The system is then run automatically until the process ends. All the data will be logged when the process is ended. The logged data can be used as reporting purpose. Lastly, we have add-on some precaution steps to minimize human errors.

Tank Weighing System 2
Our client install 8 set of the tank weighing system for their production department to improve efficiency.
We proposed same system design as in Tank Weighing System 1. But we have added some features based on customer needs.

Tank Weighing System 3
We have successfully installed 5 set of tank weighing set and linked with Siemens PLC. The Siemens PLC communicate with existing factory SCADA. All the controls and recipes selection are done through SCADA.
Simple PLC System
We designed and installed a simple but efficient PLC system in our new client's factory. Previously our client has to manually record and calculate field data. It is quite hard for the operator to maintain his daily operation while doing the calculation.
We proposed this system to increase working efficiency of their workers. This system will automatically process the field data and display the calculated data at the panel. It is easy for the operator to manage the process based on the calculated data.

F&B Control Panel
We installed a high accuracy electromagnetic flow meter and link it to our control panel. Based on the signal feedback from the flow meter, this system closes the valve when reaches the preset quantity. We have reserved 10 columns for our client to set their batching quantity.
DC Motor Control Panel
The existing system is operating manually with limited protection features. With this new control panel, the worker can preset the motor spinning speed and duration. This system will based on the feedback back of motor speed to make adjustment.
This system allows worker to adjust the speed through touch screen while the motor is spinning.When the duration is reached, the system will move to next process until the process cycle ends. Once the process cycle ended, all the data will be saved into thumb drive.Besides that, this system has few protection features to protect DC motor and instruments from being damaged (overload, high current surge,etc). The front panel will display some indications for current process status.

This is one of our project in a new F&B factory. We use PLC to control the amount of liquid flow into different tanks based on the product needs. We installed valves and flow meter for PLC monitoring and controlling purposes. The operator only has to preset the amount of liquid need to fill and which tank the liquid should be filled. This system has included precaution steps to minimize human error.
